  • 1 lb boudin sausage, casings removed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1.5 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Cajun Smoke Season-It-All
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

    Remove boudin from casings and roll into 1.5-inch balls.

    Mix Cajun Smoke Season-It-All into the breadcrumbs.

    Set up a breading station: flour, beaten eggs, seasoned breadcrumbs.

    Coat each ball in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs.

    Heat oil to 350°F in a deep pot.

    Fry boudin balls in batches for 3–4 minutes until golden brown.

    Drain on paper towels and serve hot with Cajun Smoke Swamp Dip.
