Meet the Founder
Cajun Smoke was created by Shawn Ledet. Being a true Cajun, his mother taught him how to cook when he was 12 years old — Chicken Andouille Gumbo, Seafood Gumbo, Red Beans, Stews, and everything in between.
When Shawn had a family of his own, he grew tired of using a variety of different seasonings that were too salty. So he decided to come up with his own blend. After numerous attempts, Cajun Smoke Premium Season-It-All was born with only 2% salt.
With the support of his wife, they made it a business in 2016 — Cajun Smoke, LLC.

How We Got Here
At age 12, Shawn Ledet's mother began teaching him the art of Cajun cooking — gumbo, red beans, stews, and more.
As a father and husband, Shawn grew frustrated with store-bought seasonings that were overwhelmingly salty, masking the true flavor of Cajun food.
After numerous attempts in his home kitchen, Shawn perfected his own blend — bold, authentic Cajun flavor with only 2% salt.
With the support of his wife, Shawn turned his recipe into a business. Cajun Smoke LLC was officially founded in Louisiana.
