Rich, cheesy Southern baked macaroni with a golden crust — seasoned with Cajun Smoke Season-It-All for that extra kick of flavor.
Cook pasta for 25 minutes or until done, drain and set aside.
Pour macaroni into a deep pan or large bowl.
Cut butter into slices, add to macaroni, and stir until butter is melted.
Scramble eggs in a small bowl, pour into the pasta and butter mixture, and stir in.
Sprinkle Cajun Smoke Season-It-All into the macaroni mixture and stir well.
Pour half of the noodle mixture into an oven pan (a half-size steam pan works great: 12.75" L x 10.375" W x 2.562" H).
Grate cheese and spread half of it on top of the noodle mixture.
Pour the remaining noodles on top of the cheese in the pan.
Sprinkle the rest of the cheese on top of the noodle mixture.
Lightly sprinkle Cajun Smoke Season-It-All on top of the cheese.
Bake in oven at 350°F for 30 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Shawn's Tip
"Grating your own cheese makes all the difference — pre-shredded cheese has coatings that prevent it from melting as smoothly."
