
A rich, creamy spinach and artichoke dip kicked up with Cajun Smoke Season-It-All — perfect for chips, crackers, or bread.
Melt butter and sauté onion until clear and soft on medium heat.
Boil spinach in water following directions on bag, then drain well.
Drain and chop artichoke hearts into smaller pieces so they separate.
When onions are done, remove from heat and add cream cheese, artichoke hearts, spinach, and Cajun Smoke Season-It-All.
Place back on heat, continuing to stir until everything is mixed in and bubbling.
When bubbling occurs, add Fiesta cheese and continue to stir until melted.
Remove from heat.
