Learning to cook cajun dishes from Chicken Andouille Gumbo, Seafood Gumbo, Red Beans, Stews etc. When I had a family of my own, I was very tired of using a varierty of different seasonings that were to salty, and there was a lot of them. So I decided to come up with my own blend. After numerous attemps, CAJUN SMOKE PREMIUM SEASON-IT-ALL was born with only 2% salt. I was always taught you can always add salt but you can't take it out. With the support of my wife, we made it a business in 2016, Cajun Smoke, LLC. So now we are selling a true premium cajun seasoning to the public.
