Baked Macaroni

Baked Macaroni

 INGREDIENTS

1lb. Elbow Macaroni

2 lbs Sharp or Mild Cheddar Cheese
1 Stick of Butter

1 Can Evaporated Milk

3 Eggs

2 Tbsp. Cajun Smoke Season-It-All Cajun Seasoning


DIRECTIONS
1. Cook pasta for 25 minutes or until done, drain and set aside.

2. Pour macaroni in a deep pan or large bowl.

3. Cut butter into slices and add to macaroni and stir till butter is melted.

4. Scramble eggs in a small bowl and pour into pasta and butter mixture and stir in.

5. Sprinkle Cajun Smoke Season-It-All  in macaroni mixture and stir well.
6. Pour half of the noodle mixture in an oven pan.

(I use a half size throw away steam pan, 12.75" L x 10.375" W x 2.562" H)

7. Grate cheese and use half of it on top of the noodle mixture.

8. Pour remaining noodles on top of the chhese in the pan.

9. Sprinkle rest of cheese on top of noodle mixture.

10. Lightly sprinkle Cajun Smoke Season-It-All on top of the cheese.

11. Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.

12. Serve and enjoy!
